How to Ferment Pre-Yogurt?

1-) Pour the contents of the sachet into a tea glass. Add a tablespoon of yogurt.

2-) Add milk that has been boiled and cooled to 37-45°C to the culture until the tea glass is full. Stir gently and let it sit at a constant temperature for 2 hours.

3-) Pour the prepared active culture into the milk to be fermented. Mix gently.

4-) Place drying paper on the container to absorb moisture and close the lid.

5-) Wrap it well and let it sit for 24 hours.

6-) You can consume the fermented yogurt after it has rested in the refrigerator. If you prefer a firmer consistency, you can cover the container with blotting paper during the fermentation step.

1. Heat your plant-based milk to 40-45 degrees Celsius. Once the milk has reached 45 degrees Celsius, set aside a teacup and add a sachet (2g) of Preo-Yoğurt Probiotic Yogurt Starter. Stir gently and let it sit for 2 hours to prevent it from cooling. This step is to create active probiotic starter culture from the plant-based milk.

2. Then, ferment the entire plant-based milk at 45 degrees with a tea glass of your activated plant-based milk.

3. Fermentation time is 24 hours. Try to keep the temperature constant during fermentation.

4. You can then store your yogurt in the refrigerator and consume it.

5. The plant-based milks we recommend are soy milk, coconut milk and almond milk.
