Yogurt Yeast

As Preobio, we isolated all the probiotic species we use in our products from our own geography for the first time in Türkiye.
Probiotics have been living in the same lands as us for thousands of years,
We believe that probiotics are the most adapted to our intestines and that this adaptation is more beneficial to the host than imported bacteria.

Probiotic Warehouse

Pasteurization of milk in industrial yogurt and yeast-based products, along with the added preservatives to extend shelf life, reduces the probiotic effect of the packaged dairy products we consume. You can make your own traditional yogurt using Preo-Yogurt Probiotic Yogurt Starter!

Preo-Yoghurt is suitable for vegan diets. You can make completely vegan yogurt with plant-based milks like coconut milk, soy milk, and almond milk!

Healthy Living

The 10 billion CFU of live probiotic bacteria in each sachet of Preo-Yogurt are unique because they can withstand stomach acid and digestive enzymes and reach the intestines alive, thanks to the double encapsulation technology developed by Preobio.

No More Abdominal Pain and Bloating

Preo-Yogurt Probiotic The bacteria used in yogurt starter are specially selected yeast and probiotic group species.

Lactobacillus bulgaricus is one of several bacterial species used to make yogurt from milk. The bacteria feeds on milk, producing lactic acid fermentation and transforming it into yogurt. Its enzymes break down lactose into simple sugars. Furthermore, during fermentation, Lactobacillus bulgaricus synthesizes acetaldehyde, which gives yogurt its distinctive aroma. At Preobio, Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, isolated from our own region, contributes to the flavor and aroma of our traditional yogurt, which you can make at home. S. thermophilus is a yeast bacteria used to make yogurt from milk. It converts lactose, the milk sugar, into lactic acid. The increase in lactic acid transforms the milk into the gel-like structure characteristic of yogurt. S. thermophilus, also isolated from our region, creates the consistency of our traditional yogurt. Lactobacillus acidophilus, found in the probiotic yeast, is a probiotic bacteria.

Twelve different studies found that probiotics were effective in preventing traveler's diarrhea, and Lactobacillus acidophilus was the most effective probiotic in doing so.

L. acidophilus probiotics improve symptoms of IBS, such as abdominal pain and bloating. As a probiotic supplement, L. acidophilus is beneficial in preventing vaginal disorders such as vaginosis and vulvovaginal candidiasis. L. acidophilus alone and in combination with other probiotics reduces cold symptoms, especially in children. L. acidophilus probiotics also reduce symptoms of certain allergies.
